What are some places you can display your boudoir photos?
Haha, love this question! Boudoir photos are so special, but not every display spot needs to be out in the open. I get it, sometimes we just don’t want everyone to see our photos. Here are some subtle or private ways clients can showcase their images without giving their mom (or in-laws!) a heart attack:
Private / Personal Displays
- Bedroom wall art: A canvas or framed print above the dresser or in a private corner of the room. If you are more confident, display it above your bed and just don’t let people in your bedroom!
- Nightstand or dresser: Small framed prints on your nightstand or dresser. Easy to tuck in a drawer when someone comes over!
- Inside your closet: Many women display their photos in their walk in closet. When you are getting ready, you can say “Damn, that’s me!” and start your day with an extra pep in your step.
- Behind a door: Prints hung where they’re not visible unless the door is closed.
Albums & Keepsakes
- Luxury album: Looks like a classy coffee table book but can be kept in your bedroom or nightstand drawer.
- Keepsake box: Prints stored in a custom box you can take out whenever you like. These can be glass or wooden boxes depending on your style.
- Digital collection: Keep your photos on a password-protected phone, tablet, or private online gallery. You and/or your partner can look at them pretty much anytime and anywhere!
Creative Options
- Intimate spaces: A home office, personal vanity area, or dressing room.
- Safe-deposit spot: A beautiful box tucked away with letters, mementos, or love notes. How sweet is that?
- Travel-sized album: For your partner to take on work trips or deployments.
Bottom line: Boudoir art doesn’t have to be on the living room wall. It’s about keeping it in places that feel personal, intimate, and intentional. And a place where you can enjoy your art!
