Nancy raised 2 daughters on her own. She got her GED and has been working ever since! While she is friendly, she can be a little stubborn yet fair person. What a wonderful smart, funny and silly person. She loves making people laugh and helping others out when she can. Her friends and family always know she’s there for them if they need help. Family is everything to Nancy. When it comes to herself, she tends to put others before herself and can be a little shy at first. When it comes to confidence, well, she’s always working on that. Since she was little, she’s always lacked confidence in herself. So many of us feel this! She’s always working on being more confident in her own skin.
With most of my sessions, I like to ask these amazing women a few questions about their session. I always love hearing firsthand how they felt about their session and I’m sure you do too. So, here’s a little bit right from Nancy herself!
Nancy, why did you do a boudoir session?
“I chose to do this session mostly for my fiancé. My sister in-law had to convince me and kinda push me to do this. But also, I wanted to see myself how other people may see me and how he’s sees me intimately. “
Were you nervous about anything going into your session?
“Going into this, yes! Like I said before, I’m not very confident in myself or in my own skin. I was very nervous about this whole concept and extremely scared of what I look like, posing in lingerie and what you (Sarah), thought of me as you were taking photos of me. Then questioned if I can be “sexy” and if my fiancé would love these pictures of me. “
Why would you recommend booking with Sarah?
“Going into this, yes! Like I said before, I’m not very confident in myself or in my own skin. Then questioned if I can be “sexy” and if my fiancé would love these pictures of me. “
Did you have a favorite part of your session?
“Feeling more and more confident or comfortable about my body, during the whole session. My thoughts about my myself. I’ve always been pretty self conscious about my body with my fiancé. Now, I feel more empowered and proud of my body, like I can be that sexy lady for my future husband. I’ve now realized, that I needed this more for me then him. So thank you Sarah! “
When Nancy came into the studio she was very shy and nervous. She came out of the dressing room all tightly covered up. Girl, you are here for boudoir pictures! Haha… it’s all good. She’s not the only one that reacts this way. I promise you, it’s only uncomfortable for the first couple minutes then it’s so easy! Just a few minutes into the session you will relax and actually have fun. We will talk a lot! And we will laugh too!
Take some time and enjoy some of her photos. While you are here, feel free to check out Debbie’s blog post too!
